Senior SEO Manager

The Senior SEO Manager leads the development of advanced SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients ensuring alignment with their business objectives. You will manage technical SEO programs guiding a team of SEO professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organic growth and enhance online visibility. Youll be reporting to the Senior SEO Director

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals encompassing technical SEO content optimisation and link-building initiatives.
• Lead technical SEO programs for enterprise-level accounts ensuring best practices are applied to enhance site performance and search rankings.
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits identifying issues related to site architecture crawlability and indexation.
• Explore optimization opportunities for large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven search advising clients on their potential impact on visibility and brand performance.
• Educate clients on how AI-powered tools and generative search are shaping user discovery integrating these insights into SEO strategies.
• Leverage AI to enhance research content creation automation and data analysis driving efficiency in campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives providing strategic insights to achieve desired outcomes.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of SEO roadmaps ensuring delivery of projects within budget constraints.
• Utilise data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and develop datasets for analysis.
• Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Mentor and support junior team members fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
