Job Description

• Proven PaySpace experience
• Strong background in Integrations / System Applications
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience within Outsourcing / Shared Services environments
• Solid knowledge of eFiling and related submissions, including :
• EMP201 & EMP501 submissions
• IRP5s, IRP3s
• Tax Directives
• Employment Tax Incentive (ETI)
• Share Awards and Expat / Mobility Management

Key Responsibilities

• Loading payrolls accurately and on time
• Handling complex tax calculations, both manually and via PaySpace
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
• Supporting payroll audits and reconciliations
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on payroll-related matters

• African payroll experience across multiple countries
