Responsibilities :
- Create new and build on existing client base by identifying customer needs and addressing them with an emphasis on the value offering (cross-selling & up-selling).
- Follow up on leads and close deals.
- Adopt the key interface role between the customer and the company by providing exceptional customer service throughout the relationship.
- With a focus on quality, attend to all administrative tasks associated with our Commercial clients / accounts.
Minimum Requirements :
National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.Strong Relationship Management Skills.Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations.Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills.High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills.Applied Excel at Intermediate Level.CRM applied experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
