Finance Assistant Invoice to Cash Manager

Job descriptionData analysis, reporting, process and risk mapping Trade & non trade claims management, animation and adminstration Master Data clean up Credit limit analysis, and adminstration Contribute to cash optimization and ensure proper execution of payment terms. Manage Cash In analysis Meet the timeliness and quality of the monthly AR & TTM Reporting and correctness of reports thereof. Managing the credit granting process, TTM process including the consistent application of a credit policy, approval and processing of credit notes. Management oversight of Nutricia and DSA AR book. Champion the consolidation of Audit process from request to submission Accounting Degree or (studying towards) or Accounting Diploma Credit Management 5 Data Analysis certificate (advantageous) 5 Years’ management experience in FMCG Experience with Electronic data interchange, automation / digitilization projects A working knowledge of credit-related law Proficient in MS Office : Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint Assertive and firm when necessary Excellent communication skills Well-developed problem-solving and analytical capabilities Attention to detail A developed service mindset, demonstrating initiative and a proactive nature Action-oriented Goal-oriented Qualitative and timely decision-making capability Team Player Negotiation Comfortable with make decisions Interacting with Exco and Senior Management Accounting / Financial Services jobs
