Experience
- At least 5 years IT Support Experience using M365 products and SharePoint.
- Customer Focused. Excellent Windows 11 support skills.
- Knowledge of TCP / IP and Network support.
- Must have a good understanding of basic security support.
- A working knowledge of Linux
