The role will involve close collaboration with customer teams, technical problem solving and support in product delivery. Act as the technical liaison with customer teams, support product delivery in collaboration with the existing team, assist with technical requirements including developing and reviewing technical documentation, reviewing rules and configuration parameters, identify misconfiguration, analyse network data, build SQL and python based reports, designing policies, and developing network automations. Liaise directly on GPL configuration queries, ANR rules and PSI / RSI management. SA citizens only.
