Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Generate new business through B2B and B2C sales efforts.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify opportunities in the market and assist with strategic input.
Project Coordination :
Interpret and work from architectural plans.Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.Manage project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Administrative & Reporting :
Maintain accurate records on CRM systems.Prepare quotes, proposals, and invoices.Provide post-sale support and follow-ups.Submit weekly reports on sales and project status.Minimum Requirements :
Matric (Grade 12) is essential.Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Project Management, or a related field (advantageous).Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle essential.Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Zoho and Sage is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.High attention to detail and ability to multitask.Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
