Managing client and third-party expectations Dealing with client and third-party queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values Initiating new recovery claims Assessing the merits and quantum of claims received Negotiating settlement agreements with third parties Matric (Essential) Relevant legal recoveries experience (Essential) Having a solid understanding of the claims philosophy and the application thereof Live out the King Price values Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Tolerance for stress Target driven Excellent negotiation, objection- and conflict handling skills Enthusiastic and passionate about the job and the company Organized, punctual and excellent time management skills Insurance jobs
