Salesforce UX / UI Designer

Summary of role

As a senior UX / UI Designer at the Company, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of user-centered digital products. You will own and lead assigned features and lead and support more junior designers, in collaboration with the current design leadership. You will focus on executing design solutions that meet user needs, align with business goals, and work seamlessly with technology. This role is hands-on, involving research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will gain exposure to product strategy, design systems, and emerging technologies, building the foundation for a career in product design.

Responsibilities Activities

Design Execution

• Produce high-quality UX and UI deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
• Produce design work across Salesforce interfaces, but there will also be requirements to design for headless responsive web and native mobile app designs.
• Apply established design systems and contribute to their evolution to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and developers.
