We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage departments, ensuring an exceptional dining experience and operational efficiency across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all food and beverage operations , ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and workflow to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with chefs and management on menu planning, product sourcing, and pricing strategies .
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation .
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback , implementing improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations .
- Provide training and leadership to foster a motivated and service-driven team.
- Utilize and manage operations through the Micros system effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Grade 12 / Matric (essential).Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a hotel or restaurant environment.Proven experience with the Micros system (required).Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and stock control.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends , service standards, and guest relations.A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
