Digital Marketing Specialist (Canada)

Overview

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing community.

Responsibilities

• Quality Lead Generation : Implement and refine lead generation strategies to ensure the acquisition of high-quality leads through various digital channels, fostering meaningful connections and potential conversions.
• Website Retailing Enhancement : Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the website’s retailing capabilities, focusing on user experience, product presentation, and seamless transactional processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Digital Media : Manage paid digital media channels and initiatives that drive leads, brand awareness, campaigns, and store awareness and visits.
• Site Conversion Optimization : Conduct comprehensive analyses of website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities, implementing iterative improvements to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
• Analytical Insight and Strategy Development : Utilize data-driven insights and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making, continuously refining digital experiences to align with evolving market trends and consumer preferences.
• Implementation, Collaboration & Regional Advocate : Act as the key contact within the region to ensure Canada is represented across Martech, SEO, Analytics, Paid Performance, and Website initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to roll out digital standardization projects, including website enhancements, personalization implementation, and audience segmentation for automation and AdWords campaigns.

Location : Johannesburg, South Africa (minimum 4 days in office)

Working Hours : 2 : 00 pm – 10 : 00 pm RSA time (8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm Toronto time)

Public Holidays : Aligned with Canada's (Ontario) public holidays
