Minimum Requirements :

• 3+ years’ experience in SaaS customer success, sales, or hybrid roles

• Proficiency with CRM and communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, Slack).
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
