Africa’s leading specialist in the manufacturing of premium knitted and woven mattress fabric, based in Elsies River industrial, is seeking a Human Capital (HC) Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and office support for DesleeMattex , ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Factory and HC Department. Beyond core administrative duties, this role supports our growing focus on people operations by promoting employee wellbeing, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the Factory and HC Department.
• Assist in people operations initiatives, including employee wellbeing and engagement activities.
• Maintain a positive workplace culture and support employee communication.
• Manage office logistics and coordinate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
