Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :
- Post Graduate qualification in Business Management or equivalent
- 3+ years relevant experience in a management level in-charge of two or more of the functions within the Office of the CEO
- Advanced business knowledge
- Completion of a management or Executive Development Programme (will be strong recommendation)
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :
Manage daily operations of the CEO’s officeManage the CEO’s workflow, projects and prioritiesOversee the readiness of the CEO for crucial engagements – ensure that reports / presentations and submission are collatedPrepare for and follow up on internal and external issues and meetingsEstablish processes and routines that ensure the CEO’s decisions are followed up onSupport the CEO’s decision makingEnsure the CEO’s travel and internal / external appointments and diaries are coordinatedProvide members of the Executive Leadership Team with informationIdentify ways to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the teamData managementAnticipate needs from the CEO’s team and identify opportunitiesFormulation of policies on behalf of the CEOSalary : R CTC for the one-year contract period
