Job descriptionA Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) 3+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, recruitment, or student enrollment services Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email Goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to achieve both individual and team targets Tech-savvy with solid MS Office (Word & Excel) skills and a knack for learning new systems Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime
Detail : What You’ll Do :
- Proactively engage with prospective students in a metrics-driven, results-oriented environment
- Execute recruitment measures over the phone with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Provide a high-touch, supportive experience that encourages students to take the next step in their academic journey
- Collaborate with internal experts to address and resolve student queries effectively
- Continuously develop your knowledge to become a subject-matter expert in our processes and offerings
