Job descriptionBachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field. 5+ years of HR experience, at least 2 of which were in a management position. Strong knowledge of labour laws, union dynamics and dispute resolution. Sound knowledge of Sage 300. Ability to implement systems and procedures. Experience to mining / motor industry is advantageous. Exposure to Zambia / Botswana cross-border HR / IR operations is a huge plus.
