Role Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (postgraduate advantageous).
- 1015 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the fuel / retail / QSR sector (non-negotiable).
- Proven ability to manage HR across a workforce of 4,000+ employees.
- Strong expertise in labour relations, B-BBEE, and Employment Equity.
- ERP / HRIS systems experience and advanced HR reporting capability.
- Advantageous : experience in petroleum or convenience retail.
