A global offshore EPCI contractor , known for delivering some of the region’s largest energy projects, is expanding its management team. To meet top talent, their senior executives will be flying to Cape Town this October to conduct face-to-face interviews .
Duties :
- Plan and allocate tasks to engineering and design teams.
- Review, check, and approve discipline deliverables and vendor documents.
- Coordinate across disciplines to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise.
- Attend client meetings and represent engineering.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Provide inputs to bid preparation and project proposals.
- Ensure compliance with QA, HSE, and design codes.
- Support problem resolution and decision-making during execution.
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s in Engineering discipline.10+ years’ Oil & Gas EPCI experience.Strong leadership and project engineering skills.Excellent client-facing and communication ability.Proven record in managing multi-discipline projects.Benefits :
