Requirements :
- Degree or diploma in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Relations, or Psychology (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of B-BBEE principles , especially relating to social and enterprise development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Culturally sensitive and empathetic, with strong ties to the local community
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, or public relations
- Strong organisational and reporting abilities
- Must be based in or near Hout Bay and familiar with the local area
