Strategically engaging with outbound leads via cold calling and email , skillfully building deep rapport and compelling interest.Conducting comprehensive qualification processes to identify and leverage prime B2B business opportunities .Upholding a consistently professional, highly persuasive, and consultative sales approach.Maintaining meticulous and insightful records within our CRM system to ensure optimal lead management and data integrity.Who We Are Looking For
We're seeking individuals who embody excellence and possess a proven track record of sales success.
Proven B2B Sales Acumen : You have at least one year of demonstrable success in a B2B sales environment .Cold Calling Specialist : You have a proven track record of success in cold calling , outbound sales, or business development.Strong on the Phone : You possess superior communication, negotiation, and active listening skills, with an innate ability to build instant rapport and expertly navigate objections.Ambitious & Results-Driven : You're intensely sales-driven and thrive in a high-performance, competitive environment, relentlessly pursuing and exceeding targets.US Market Exposure (a plus, not a must) : Experience working with US-based clients is a definite advantage.Adaptable & Committed : You are fully comfortable and committed to working US hours (2 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM SAST) on-site in our Cape Town CBD office.Cape Town Based : You currently reside in Cape Town and are available for immediate on-site employment.Benefits
