Role Overview
Our client is seeking a results-driven Social Media Ads Specialist to manage day-to-day paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, while driving strategy and optimization. The ideal candidate has deep Paid Social expertise, thrives in fast-paced ecommerce environments, and is eager to make a direct impact on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Build ads and campaigns to acquire new customers
- Develop and maintain a rolling test-and-learn roadmap across paid social, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, placements, landing pages, ad formats, funnel sequencing, and offer / messaging strategy
- Creative Collaboration
- Partner with creative strategy lead and creative team to deliver performance-optimized briefs and content
- Provide strategic direction and feedback to creative partners, including external agencies and in-house teams
- Conduct creative testing and optimize based on platform best practices
- Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign results and creative performance to drive insights and future planning
- Communicate results, trends, and insights clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Platform & Industry Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform ad partners to gain access to alpha / beta tests and emerging product opportunities
- Stay ahead of evolving platform capabilities, algorithm changes, and cultural trends
- Additional Paid Marketing responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field experience1–2+ years of experience managing Meta and TikTok Ads in ecommerce, preferably with agency or in-houseExpertise with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Seller CentralProficiency with ShopifyExperience optimizing creative strategyExperience in a start-up or growth company preferredAbility to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented, organized, and strong follow-throughStrong time management skills and sense of urgencySkillsStrategic thinking, conceptualizing new ideas, and initiating change in fast-paced environmentsStrong oral and written communication, interpersonal capabilities with internal and external partnersNatural problem solver with positive attitudeUnquestionable ethicsPassion for the wellness community and herbal medicine with vision for innovative consumer connectionsWhat Success Looks Like
