Medical Scheduling Coordinator / Agent - EST Working Hours (Remote)

Overview

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa , is in search of a highly organized and detail-orientated Medical Scheduling Coordinator / Agent to join their team in South Africa , working remotely. In this role, you will be part of a call centre and responsible for coordinating medical appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and home care teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical scheduling.

PLEASE NOTE :

• Working Hours : This role requires you to work EST hours (from 15 : 00– midnight SA time), Mon - Fri. SA working times are subject to change depending on daylight savings.
• Internet (fibre) : A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection.
• Power backup : A power backup solution to manage load shedding or power outages.
