My client, who is in the property industry, is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to take the lead in financial operations, risk management, cost optimization, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain the general ledger and manage account reconciliations, ensuring financial data integrity.
• Collaborate with Auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.
