1+ year of proven remote / online sales and customer support experience (mandatory).Prior e‑commerce experience is essential—comfort with upselling, subscription recovery, and post‑purchase sales.Exceptional communication and persuasion skills; ability to build rapport quickly and convert conversations into closed sales opportunities.Experience in customer service across phone, email, or chat; direct e‑commerce sales conversion experience highly preferred.Working knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and CRM tools is a definite asset.Goal‑oriented, self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance remote environment.Technical Requirements For a Seamless Remote Setup
