Join the Stiftung Kolping-Bildungswerk Württemberg as an IT‑Automation & M365 Specialist. The role focuses on maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment, managing devices, and digitizing business processes in Stuttgart.

Responsibilities

• Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams & Intune.
• Development, maintenance and optimization of Power Apps and Power Automate flows for approvals, onboarding / offboarding and recurring processes.
• Automation and optimization of workflows using PowerShell and third‑party tools.
• Maintenance of SharePoint lists, central master data and IT documentation.
• Monitoring of security, backups and compliance policies.

Qualifications

Nice‑to‑have : SharePoint Online, SSO / App integrations, reporting tools such as Power BI.
