A Key Accounts Manager role involves daily client engagement to strengthen customer relationships and ensure outstanding service delivery. Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong advisory relationships with clients, customer stakeholders, and internal teams
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Requirements :
Previous short-term insurance experience is advantageousBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in BusinessMinimum of 3 years’ relevant work experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsRequired documents : ID, 3 months’ payslips, Matric Certificate, Degree or Diploma with transcripts, and a letter confirming own transport and availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am–5pmThis role is office-based
