Duties & Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the national CCTV sales strategy, including channel expansion, target setting, and go-to-market planning.
- Achieve KPIs in alignment with overall company objectives.
Channel & Partner Management
Establish and grow relationships with installers, system integrators, distributors, and security solution providers.Develop partner enablement programs, pricing structures, and sales incentives tailored to the CCTV product range.Client Engagement & Solution Selling
Engage directly with key end users (retail, industrial, commercial sectors) to understand surveillance needs and provide tailored solutions.Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations in coordination with pre-sales or technical teams.Oversee large project bidding, proposals, and solution presentations.Train and support channel partners, resellers, and installers on the company's CCTV product range.Product Knowledge & Technical Support
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's CCTV offerings.Work with internal technical teams to support installations, compatibility, and after-sales troubleshooting.Ensure compliance with industry standards and client- specific security requirements.
