Minimum requirements :

• Own reliable transport to and from the estate
• 1–2 years of previous work experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Comfortable engaging with distinguished clientele, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
• Well-presented and neat appearance
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Enthusiastic and positive personality, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure
