Job descriptionArea of specialization : To manage the security operations within the Security Risk Management Department. Position / Task Grade : IO2. Department : Security Risk Management. Business Unit : Risk and Strategy. No. of positions : 1. Location : Rosherville, Germiston. Job description Implement organisation’s security strategy Implement and co-ordinate a stakeholder / customer service plan Develop and co-ordinate organisation’s security business plan and resources Implement and co-ordinate the organisation’s security application Implement and co-ordinate organisation’s security business information system Manage external service providers ISO and OHSAS certification Continuous improvement Safety National Diploma in Security Risk Management or Related qualification (equivalent to National Diploma NQF Level) Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade B : is an added advantage National Diploma in Security Risk Management or Related qualification (equivalent to National Diploma NQF Level) Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade B : is an added advantage No experience General Management Skills. Negotiation skills. Excellent general supervisory skills. Communicate ideas and concepts clearly to management, customers, stakeholders and subordinates. Sound Human Resources processes knowledge and Industrial Relations skills. Computer Literacy. Evidence gathering Protection of the crime scene Communicate ideas and concepts clearly to management, customers, stakeholders and subordinates. Sound Human Resources processes knowledge and Industrial Relations skills. Computer Literacy. Evidence gathering Protection of the crime scene Strategy formulation Through knowledge of Eskom’s Security policies, systems, directives and standards Control of Access to Public Premises and Vehicles Act 53 of 1985 and other related statutes National key point training program PSIRA Skills Program – Security Supervisor Ability to think creatively. Ability to stay calm in the event of a crisis Strong leadership capabilities
