Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team, preferably with a background in the fast-food industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient operational systems, ensuring speed of service, product quality, and excellent customer experience. A strong understanding of financial management, including tax affairs, debtors, and creditors, payroll, and cash flow management, is essential.

Financial management: Oversee financial affairs, including tax compliance, debtors, and creditors, payroll, and cash flow management.3.
Risk management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.4.
Software proficiency: Utilize OSR, Pastel, and IQ software systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.5.
Team leadership: Assist management in supervising and developing a high-performing team.6.
Cash flow management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure business sustainability.Requirements :
