Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a credit intelligence team across multiple analytical and policy development workstreams.
- Design, implement, and enhance credit intelligence policies, processes, models, and strategies.
- Produce advanced statistical insights to support and improve credit decision-making.
- Ensure delivery quality, analytical accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all outputs.

Education :
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Statistics (minimum)Relevant postgraduate qualification in Finance or Statistics (ideal)Experience :
68 years experience in retail credit analytics, including advanced analytics and modellingOR 57 years with an Honours degree, including SQL programming and descriptive analyticsMinimum 3 years portfolio-specific experienceExperience with credit principles, policies, and frameworksSkills :
Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skillsStrong planning, organising, and coordination abilitiesEffective presentation, reporting, research, and project management skillsOther Requirements :
