Job description1-2 years of relevant experience is essential. Extensive branch banking experience, with a thorough understanding of policies and procedures, especially in teller operations and frontline support. Proficiency in managing bulk cash transactions and ATM operations is mandatory. Knowledge of legal aspects related to cash handling is required. Deep understanding of functions across different branch departments is necessary. Adopting Practical Approaches Articulating Information & Providing Insights Examining Information Following Procedures & Upholding Standards Managing Tasks & Producing Output Understanding People Application & Submission Verification (Business Banking) Banking Process & Procedures Customer Acceptance & Review (Consumer Banking) Customer Understanding (Consumer Banking) Processing Product Knowledge (Consumer Banking)

To attend to cash-related matters (e.g., walk-in customers, ATMs) while accurately assessing demands to act in a manner that consistently delivers excellent client experience and meets established requirements.

- National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS recognised qualification)
