Job Summary :

As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you’ll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in‑house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers.

What You’ll Do

• Talent Representation : Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.
• Brand Partnerships : Secure and negotiate high‑value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.
• Relationship Building : Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.
• Strategic Growth : Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work : Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success.
