About The Role
We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Growth Account Executive who thrives on managing pipelines, leading discovery calls, and closing deals. You’re curious about technology, confident using data to tell a story, and skilled at guiding non-technical prospects through analytics tools and growth platforms. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle across both inbound and outbound channels, working directly with digital product sellers to help them leverage data for profitable growth. You’ll own systems, refine messaging, and directly shape how the company scales its go-to-market efforts. This is a high-impact position offering significant ownership, visibility, and long-term growth potential—including opportunities to step into a sales leadership or team lead role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales
- Nurture and convert warm inbound leads generated through marketing funnels and data-driven audits.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and ROI-based sales presentations to close new business.
Outbound Sales
Own and execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting digital product sellers and SMBs.Test and refine outreach messaging, email cadences, and campaign sequences to drive pipeline growth.Full-Cycle Sales Management
Manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach and qualification to demos, proposals, follow-ups, and handoff to onboarding.Track key metrics such as win rates, pipeline velocity, and conversion performance.Data-Driven Selling
Leverage data insights to build compelling business cases and clearly demonstrate return on investment (ROI).Translate complex product capabilities into actionable, results-oriented value propositions.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and strong customer outcomes.Share customer feedback and insights with product and marketing teams to inform strategic decisions.Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify opportunities to enhance outbound performance, improve lead-to-close rates, and shorten sales cycles.Contribute to ongoing sales playbook development as part of a scaling, startup-style team.Who You Are
Sales Experience & Results
2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology.Proven record of exceeding targets across inbound and outbound channels.Confident in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals.Skilled at conducting product demos and communicating ROI effectively.Technical & Analytical Acumen
Technically curious with a strong grasp of analytics, data tools, or dashboards (no coding required).Comfortable using data to construct compelling sales narratives and ROI projections.Adept at simplifying technical tools for non-technical buyers.Communication & Collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaborative and comfortable representing the voice of the customer across internal teams.Mindset & Work Style
