About the Role

Youll be the first point of contact for guests managing bookings, coordinating accommodation, and ensuring every stay runs smoothly from arrival to departure. Youll also support daily operations by maintaining essential guest and staff stock levels, ensuring the property is always prepared to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest bookings and correspondence through RoomRaccoon and other systems.
• Handle enquiries, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and warmth.
• Coordinate guest requirements with restaurant, housekeeping, and kitchen teams.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and assist with wedding accommodation logistics.
• Oversee and record stock for guest amenities and staff consumables.
• Liaise with suppliers, track inventory, and ensure timely orders.
• Collaborate closely with the hospitality team to uphold service excellence.
