• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
• Solid financial and administrative management skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality systems and operational controls.
• Valid drivers license; FGASA or guiding experience is advantageous.
• Couples with complementary skills (FOH / F&B + Maintenance / Guiding) may also be considered.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Small Lodge Manager located in Mkhuze KZN north. The Small Lodge Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling budgeting and financial reporting, and maintaining food and beverage services. The manager will also be responsible for maintenance and ensuring the lodge meets all standards of quality and regulatory requirements.
