Job descriptionGenerate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and campaigns). Develop and manage outreach campaigns using lead generation tools and our CRM. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities. Provide regular reports on outreach activity and lead conversion results. Build a strong understanding of our industry, services, and products to effectively engage prospects. 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales or lead generation (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Strong organizational and CRM management abilities. Customer-first mindset with a passion for problem-solving. Relentless go-getter attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficiency with sales and outreach technology tools.
