Job Brief

The Warehouse Administrator will report to the Financial Manager . The person will be responsible for Inventory Management inclusive of receipting inventory

organizing inventory counts and managing the dispatch of all outgoing shipments. The role will also be required to execute some administrative tasks.

The responsibilities are outlined below :

• Inventory Management
• Correct stock keeping followed by the 5S rules (Sort Straighten Shine Standardise Sustain)
• Oversee inventory levels ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient utilization of space
• Monitor stock and parts movement track incoming and outgoing goods and maintain proper documentation for Customers and Service Department

Receive

Process customer orders promptly and accurately

Enforce safety protocols for staff and equipment

Generate reports on inventory levels order fulfilment and warehouse performance
