About the role
Why the job exists
- To ensure the successful delivery of client projects with a central focus on quality and financial health as the agency scales.
- To implement and optimise processes across the project management team.
- To oversee projects and lead the Project Management team.
What the job covers
Oversees and develops a Delivery Team of six, from Project Managers to Portfolio Directors.Manages all project set‑up & kick‑offs to ensure successful starts.Checks in regularly with projects and key stakeholders to uncover issues early.Acts as the primary escalation point for project issues and resolves them with the team, project leads and client stakeholders.Builds and maintains relationships with client stakeholders, offering guidance and support during critical stages.Contributes to new business activities, particularly pitch development and delivery.Reviews all Cost Estimates to ensure accurate scope, deliverables, timelines and dependencies before client submission.Champions contemporary ways of working such as user‑centred design, transparency, early and frequent value delivery, and an incremental, collaborative mindset.Supports optimisation and documentation of our working methods.Reporting and Communication Structure
Reports to the Head of Operations via the Head of Delivery.Performance and progression reviewed together with the Head of Operations.Communicates closely with the Head of Client Services, EMEA Finance Director and Business Development Director.Maintains contact with Client Services and Delivery staff on project quality, timing and financial health.What you’ll do
Business Development and Commercial Performance
Manages and leads a six‑person Delivery Team, focusing on career progression and process improvement.Co‑creates plans to improve skills, behaviours and mindset.Identifies opportunities to grow, build on strengths and enhance margins and efficiency.Supports fee and contract negotiations, cost estimates and supplier costs with the Head of Client Services and Talent Acquisition Team.Leads recruitment for the team.Leadership
Acts as the voice of the Delivery team, reporting to the Head of Operations.Ensures clarity on the agency’s strategic direction for the team.Balances business, client and employee needs to translate strategy into action.Collaborates effectively to deliver against critical business metrics.Enforces Project Management best practice and acts as the single point of contact for all PM and delivery processes.Reviews and continuously improves PM systems and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, effectiveness and scalability across the Delivery Team and the agency.At Greenpark we believe the best ideas come from a wide range of perspectives.
