Job descriptionCommunicate with Management Provide input and participate in drawings / plans discussions Prepare and assist in the correspondence process with external service providers and the collation of required documents Conduct detailed inspections of building projects Assist with project costing and estimations Assist with the guidelines for building projects Assist colleagues and management as and when required with drawings and plans Assist with compliance with building codes and specifications Manage the progress of contractors work Ensure that the stipulated requirements are completed in the contractors work execution 3-year draughtsperson qualification; either a diploma or a degree More than 5 years performing similar functions Microsoft Office suite Revit (non-negotiable) AutoCad (optional) 3DS Max (experienced, advanced level) Organised, analytical, attention to detail Flexible Eager and willing to assist when required Hardworking Driven Supervisory

Duties and Responsibilities
Drawings and Designs
- Create technical drawings and plans within the provided specifications
- Prepare detailed structural drawings for new and existing restaurant projects
- Adhere to stipulations provided for technical drawings and construction projects
- Ensure compliance of the drawings with the regulated building specifications and codes
- Use the provided technology to produce drawings and plans
- Lead and coordinate the tasks of junior employees
