Working closely with executive leadership the successful candidate will drive the platform’s evolution while ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long‑term technology strategy aligned with business goals
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing engineering team
• Oversee planning and execution of technology projects and agile delivery
• Champion innovation, system resilience and security best practices
• Drive adoption of scalable architecture, infrastructure and DevOps principles
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product design, commerce and operations
• Represent the technology function at board and executive levels
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and continuously enhance digital capabilities
