As part of your role, your responsibilities will include :
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and departmental objectivesStrategic Partner to hiring managers, providing expertise on talent market and advising on recruitment strategiesCandidate Sourcing
Attracting candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidatesProactively building talent pipeline for current and future needsScreening and Interviewing
Conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening to assess candidate fit to the role and organisationScheduling Interviews with hiring panelScheduling candidate assessments were requiredConducting and scheduling background checks and risk assessment checksOffer Negotiation and Closing
Partnering with hiring team to generate compensation proposalsManaging candidate offer process and closing successful candidatesRecruitment Process Management
Responsible and accountable for full end-to-end recruitment process ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment lawsContributing to the development and enhancement of the organisations employer brand as well as representing the company positively in the external marketEnsuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processCollaborating with HR and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires during the pre-onboarding and onboarding processData Management and Reporting
Responsible and accountable for maintaining accurate and up to date candidate records in the applicant tracking systemResponsible for providing recruitment metric and insights reports to hiring teamsThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The necessary skills that we require for this role include :
Degree or Diploma3-5 years end to end proven experience in recruiting for IT / tech roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.3-5 years’ Experience managing and maintaining an ATS, preferably Workday3-5 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner within a corporate environmentBiometric certification, preferably MIEExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders effectively.Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills :
In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trendsPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulationsFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standardsExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategiesHuman Resources jobs
