Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, and tour operators
- Serve as primary liaison for assigned high-value accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty and revenue growth
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning
Revenue Generation & Growth
Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets for assigned account portfolioIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accountsDevelop strategic account plans to drive incremental revenueCollaborate with sales team to convert prospects into key accountsMonitor account performance and optimize revenue potentialClient Service & Excellence

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in account management or business developmentHotel industry experience strongly preferredProven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targetsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsProficiency in CRM systems and MS Office SuiteUnderstanding of hotel revenue management principlesAnalytical skills with data interpretation capabilitiesResults-oriented with consultative sales approachProfessional business acumen and cultural sensitivityPerformance Metrics
