We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider in relocation services, who is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role focused on managing high-value client relationships across Africa and the Middle East, ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous business growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Translate client needs into actionable business opportunities.
- Develop and present quotations and pricing structures.
- Identify innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate with Global Mobility Coordinators and internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently.
- Oversee the implementation of client procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Produce and refine client reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Provide regular performance updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management to support company goals.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business or a service-related industry (preferred).Minimum 3 years' experience in Key Account Management or similar client-facing role.Exposure to USA-based clients is highly desirable.Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential; French is a strong advantage.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.Strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach to problem-solving.What We're Looking For
