Job Purpose :
Drive business growth by managing and expanding relationships with clients in both government and private sectors. Promote all services, including Data Protection, Servers, Storage, HCI, Cloud, Backup, and Microsoft Services, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and new business acquisition.
Minimum Desired Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification in sales or account management is an advantage
Minimum Desired Experience :
8-10 years IT Technical Sales experience, with emphasis on ICT Client Services (End user devices, Boardroom equipment, end user resources etc.)6-8 years Extensive Account Management and Sales Experience in the Public Sector within the ICT industryBusiness development experienceProven track record of success in managing government and private sector accounts.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services, including Data Protection, Servers, Storage, HCI, Cloud, and Microsoft solutions.Key Responsibilities :

Develop a deep understanding of the government and private sector landscapesStay informed about industry trends, government procurement processes, and private sector opportunitiesTailor sales strategies to align with the unique requirements of each sectorReporting and Analytics :
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and account growth metricsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systemsProvide regular updates to the Sales Manager on account activities and market insightsCollaboration and Teamwork :
