Duties :
Supervise front-of-house team members including waitrons, bartenders, runners, hosts, and reservationists.
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction at all times.
Manage and train FOH staff to maintain company standards.
Oversee reservations, seating, and restaurant flow to maximize capacity.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
Handle daily cash-ups, handovers, and basic administrative duties.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
Foster a positive, energetic, and connected team culture.
Requirements : Matric
Hospitality Diploma preferred
Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation
High energy, adaptability, and attention to detail
Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Basic POS and cash-handling experience
