Duties :
Supervise and support FOH team members, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Ensure all food and beverage products are presented to company standards.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Handle guest relations and address any service concerns promptly.
Manage daily reservations and ensure accurate booking entries.
Oversee cash-ups, handovers, and adherence to financial procedures.
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene compliance at all times.
Monitor stock control and assist with daily counts and orders.
Uphold principles : connection, accountability, excellence, and teamwork.
Requirements : Matric
Hospitality Diploma preferred
Minimum 1 year in a similar supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities
High energy, adaptability, and attention to detail
Ability to motivate and support a diverse team
Basic POS and cash-handling experience
Able to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment
