Commercial System Enablement Manager

The Commercial Systems and Enablement Manager will lead manage and continuously improve the organisations commercial systems covering customer acquisition sales ordering and customer self-service platforms. Ensure that commercial systems are integrated optimised secured and effectively adopted by the business team to support seamless customer journeys and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a commercial systems enablement strategy aligned with business and IT objectives
• Serve as the bridge between IT Sales Marketing and Operations to ensure that systems support end-to-end commercial processes
• Manage and maintain the ecosystem of commercial systems including CRM sales enablement tools ordering platforms and customer self-service portals
• Drive the effective adoption and utilisation of systems by business users through enablement initiatives training and communication
• Manage vendor relationships related to commercial systems including support agreements and enhancement roadmaps.
• Lead coach and develop a small technical and functional enablement team.
