My client, a leading player in the destination management and tourism industry, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their dynamic finance team in Bryanston. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with strong reporting skills and a passion for numbers to contribute to the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Financial Reporting Manager with financials and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financials.
• Extract and analyze Tourplan reports to assess booking costs and profit margins.
• Generate and monitor weekly financial and operational reports.
• Conduct intercompany transactions to clear flight expenses.
• Prepare profit and loss statements and analyze results.
• Monitor debtor aging, manage monthly claims to agents, and assist with collections.
• Compile financial reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support audit processes and respond to operational finance queries.
