Duties & Responsibilities

• Work from home as a Recruitment Coordinator
• Experience in Recruitment (Preferably a recruitment agency that specializes in recruiting for Facilities Management Companies)
• Database management and pipeline generation of active and passive candidates
• Call candidates and update details on database
• Tag colleagues in terms of candidates applicable to them
• Project Management
• Give feedback to directors and implement feedback given from directors
• Adapt in fast-paced environment
• Package & Remuneration : CTC : R to R
